i saw Tuesday Report on Channel 8 just now..
the tittle was:
振作起来 活下去
something like this lah..i'm not really sure..

but i really appreciate who made current title of Tuesday Report..i think this programme will help me a lot in "healing".
next tuesday still have different encouraging story.

I create a new place where i could throw some rubbish opsss :p some notes or baking recipe or something that i wanna shout out loud.
